Upon full payment, ownership of the final design deliverables transfers to you, subject to any third-party licenses (such as stock imagery or fonts) which remain governed by their own terms. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

With your permission, we may use your name and project outcomes in case studies and marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time and we'll remove it where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EN Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, payment processors, or analytics tools). We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of those services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
